The Power of Behind the Scene Guidance

I think we naturally gravitate toward the things that bring us joy and fulfillment. I was able to share in the success of other people. It wasn't necessarily my individual contribution to the work that was successful, but it was kind of the behind the scenes guidance and direction that was part of that shared success. That's what made the connection for me in business. If I'm leading a team, I can be behind the scenes supporting, clear in the way, help guiding based on my previous experience and where I've been to help somebody else succeed.
