AIB and Revolus say they're going to launch mortgages in the next two or three years. Banks make their money with mortgages, but it'll be interesting to see what rates they offer. It's a completely different ball game to give someone 500 times in zero to purchase a house. So getting into mortgages is really, really big territory.
