How Much Can Someone Earn if They Become an Associate of Yours?
We're only looking for experienced agents as we're not a training company. We want people that don't know how to do it, that we can get lit up quickly in their area and start service clients very quickly on the ground. So our plan with them and which we work through with them is to have the earning personally 100,000 pounds a year at the end of year two? Yep. And you train them, are they usually estate agents that work for other estate agents? Yeah, so as part of our sort of onboarding criteria, we're only talking to people in the market that have got at least three years experience listing and doing valuations on people's homes.
