How to Balance Your Blood Sugar

If you crash after meals, that is a blood sugar issue. You could be eating food sensitivities too. It's not just that it's whole foods, although I do really think it's important that you're eating whole foods and balancing it with animal protein. Your brain does work off of glucose. And so you just need the right sources of glucose. The keto camp wants to say that you go off of ketones, but I don't think keto sustainable long term. We have discussed this before on our meat podcast.
