i think the offensive side of this is a very human way to behave. The difference, as you would have pointed out, is the desire to kill somebody over it. And i wiy add as further along that continuum, once you believe that your children behind who bodies you're hiding as a human shield will go to paradise if they're killed while you're behaving that way.
