The Importance of Listening
People are afraid that like, okay, I'm telling you, I'm man-splaining you or something. But unless you listen, you can't do any of that. So there's no learning. You get no new information. And so you just live in a sort of sabbal acronym of ideas, but not really. That's something that we need to talk about.
