Musk's Taking Twitter Back to a Pioneering Stage

Elon Musk is trying to take Twitter back to an early Silicon Valley stage. He's sacked all of the HR and marketing departments, leaving it just run by a group of his sort of like hackamates. This could upend the model that we've seen around the world of a massive professional management class which ran everything in China.
