Are You Creating Subconscious Bias?

I like frisbees because that's what my dad preferred to throw with me. I appreciate they have that self awareness though. Your awareness of creating like subconscious biases is already a huge first step. You can't help doing that as just a human sometimes. But you should also be open to the fact that you can learn so much more when you realize that you can be wrong, which we've always tried to push forward.
