Learning English - Is There Method to the Madness?

Luke caught up with Oli after about two years of him working away on his language learning and teaching projects. What do he think is the most valuable way to spend your time in order to improve your acquisition of another language? I talked to Oli for nearly two hours. It was very easy and we could have gone on for longer. After having had this conversation, I personally feel validated and reassured. Why?
