The Moon Treaty and the Outer Space Treaty
The moon treaty basically states that space is the common heritage of mankind. So it would, for example, arguably prohibit going to the moon mining those resources in a country or a company owning those resources. And so where I gather that since the outer space treaty in 1967. There's just been no progress in terms of major space treaties right?
