I Love Your Model of Change, Noah!

Noah: We teach m so many, many lessons throughout a day. Like our days broken up into 15, 20, maybe 30 minute chunks. So we just really decided to hone in on what was the most important for us and kind of do it well - yet makes perfect sense. Noah: One of the things that's super, super important to you as a special education teachers is building student agency. You knowthe there can be occasionally a stigmas of, like, students who are qot behind, and what that does to them, and how that impacts their learning experience.
