You just eed try to aim for it. You may not get there perfectly, but at least you should keep trying. Don't worry about the things that you can't do. Find an ally and start working with someone who is super keen to get things accessible. We'll probably all get to the point where we're a hundred % accessible based on to day standards,. Then us will shift, and so we'll have to start again. And that's oka because we love growth and we love continuously improvement.
