Are You Making These Mistakes in a Start Up?
When you know that something isn't working out, one of the things that folks do in a start up is they just give it more time. I've found, at least in my experience, almost 99 % of the time, i don't get any new data, and i've just delayed the decision by a month or a quarter. That's one area wheresoro mistakes, just around a stage focused decision making. The other thing i would do is actuallya just, kind of, as the company grows, a becoming too tactical and focusing on just the execution of the current road map rather than bringing the broader ambition into the product team.
