Are There Things That Leaders Should Be Doing Differently Today?

millennials approach their work differently. When you kind of open the gate and allow people as long as they do their regular job to kind of step in and work with some of these broader strategic innovative issues there are at least a sizable group of young people who will just rush through that gate rush through it. People who've got caught up in this how often when we talk to them a couple of years into it they will say things that are just a little bit hard to believe. To some degree its youth and i have a funny feeling that to some degree it's also the millenniums thank you.
