The Multiple for a Business Doing $2 Million in EBITDA
The multiple when it was first marketed was three and a half X closing. It still strikes me as a low multiple for a business doing that much. Most of the buyers that they were looking at were more so search fund oriented. They didn't speak with many, you know, private equity firms that were not just strategic within the market per se. I don't know why it just didn't happen that way.
