Therape Isn't a Common Thing for White People
i think that for many people, it feels like they're abandoning their culture by doing something that isn't necessarily common and in our culture. Not going to therapy is not a cultural tradition. And i live round for a hundred years, so the ski like a long standing trae. So then we're like leaving our culture behind, which means then we're leaving our family behind. It's like this whole catastropein by like, our entire family because we decided to go to therape. We don't talk about mental health d that's just one example.
