Neoadjuvant or Adjuvant Immunotherapy?

Some data suggest in preclinical models, but also in one clinical trial that maybe neoadjuvant could be better as compared to adjuvant. Still, I think there are some cases that are likely to be more better benefited by neoadjuant treatment. We don't know if having neoadjuants plus adjuvant is going to be any better. So, that is the reason we are really looking forward to see those three trials,. C7-1, the idea, but also the neotour trial to see at least by in the death comparison how better are they as compared to, for example, the checkmate A16.
