The Importance of Liquidity in a Partnership Model
In many ways, they still maintain almost 100% of the upside. We're big believers in an alignment of interest. It was one of those three core values that we talked about. So we want to teach the doctors about maybe it should be 35%. Maybe for personal financial goals, it should be 25%. But to really make sure that we're sharing goals and how to achieve those goals with our doctor partners is one of the most important things we can accomplish.
