What Are the Chances of a Real Estate Crash?

You can't walk into a real estate crash scenario as an investor the same way that you would invest today. The opportunity is massive because there are ways of being able to get large amounts of debt on the books in one whack either hard money loans or state and income mortgages. There's ways of uh consulting getting debt built up to where you could buy multiple homes at once And that's where I see the most value um when This crash takes back this one will be so much worse in one aspect Uh because of inflation because of the rates all that stuff I do believe we're going to see double digit mortgage rates, right in the cycle Just to say that that's not even possible is insane
