i was really more at adrian vitadini. Adrian was very successful at the nineties, and i had two little children, and working the way i did. Back then, people were expected to work endless hours, no week ends. And mothers should have the support to be able to get all their talents. So that's something that was really important to me, an impornt to me. Till to day. We have quite a lot of women in the company, almost 99 % women.
