Is This the End of the Bear Market?

I think it would be a major decline in the market, even if the Fed is still tightening. Housing is unquestionably in a bear market. We had a global housing bubble that was greater than it was in 07. So these prices in places like your own country and Canada got way above where they were in 07. And they're now coming down.
