We grew up thinking our parents know everything. And then little by little, you realize they're just sad, scared, confused monkeys too. We tend to then start asking experts that that's a good thing as long as we keep them in their domain. So what's fascinating to me is that can we just acknowledge that and then have these much more loose, open, cooperative, facilitator hierarchies?
