Is There a Statistical Probability of Success?

I think there's a lot of us right now who are a bit like I want to do I'm stuck, like I know I know I don't want to do this thing that perhaps they're in. Is there any kind of first steps you can suggest for those people or perhaps a little bit stuck? "Everybody has to chart their own path, and it's not going to come magically it's definitely going to come"
