Keith: I remember in the early days of this podcast, we were joking about CPI inflation. And you know, one of the ones that we kept highlighting was like, stats Canada had like food inflation, like 2.3% or something and we're all like, have you been to the grocery store lately? Rich: Food prices have not come down, but I anecdotally feel like they've moderated. Keith: You always have to think beyond the whole, you know, stock bond world that there's always opportunities everywhere.
