How to Have a Stress Free Day

When i do meditate, and when i did 26 habits, and i did it every day for two weeks, whereas i used to maybe wake up at defcon too and then the meditation would bring me down, o ik, defcorn. I find that if i'm not disciplined with my one hour before bed, if i break y own rules and go on email and social media and am scrolling, i find that when i wake up, my mind's quite busy - even if i haven't looked on my phone first thing in the morning. And so i'm really passionate that it's not as hard as we think. These are things that all of us can fit in antelly
