The Case of Stephen Stayner

Stephen stayner's father, dell, told the associated press that man should have never gotten out of prison in the first place. Parnell was charged with conspiracy to commit child stealing, solicitation to commit felony kidnapping and attempting to buy a person. As this was parnell's third attempted kidnapping, california's three strike law dictated that he could face life in prison.
