I actually never consumed a piece of sales training until I'd already built a massive sales team. And so like, if you want to learn a skill, read it. You will learn more in your first 100 cold calls than you will from every single book you have read. If you read a book on sales and you've never done a sale, you will have no context from which to actually understand the information. Think of it like ornaments on a Christmas tree.
