The Cost of Guidance

The biggest thing I learned is that the framework that we allow you to grow, the more and be the most happier to work is a guidance based framework. It can be the cost so it's not easy or feasible to implement in all the companies. So costly is a factor, but doesn't matter because we want quality at the end. The more just plain when something goes wrong, the more they will understand what happened. That's what we are fostering.
