How to Find a Tone and Voice That Really Works for the Product
Tone and voice, i think, a really important document. I like to limit the amount of tone drivers i have usually to two to three. And then last potno leas, either in the tone and voice or an the product writing documentation, i like to include examples that we would use for it. So if there's some buttons throughout the product, i will just write them out. This is how we would use a button. For example, do we say, go to x? Do we say, click on this thing here? These kind of things can also be super-helpful with design system even though they're not common.
