For a pure lacti gasidosis, i never give bi carbon. I think it's a mistake. But for renal failure in combination with lacti gas dosis, or in the absence of blac diasidosis - that's a different situation. There's really potassium and calcium arethe ore the main things that we are going to follow. A magnesium, we don't need. It's physiologic in the bag. People often look at the bag and the magnesium looks like it's really low,. But hypo magnasinio turns out magnesiums ironized just like calcium. Low magnesium in the disate is actually physiologic to your ironised magnesium.
