There's a lot of deep scepticism about the legal system in the judiciary to day mno. People often have a sense that if somebody is being judged by a jury of their peers, given that the average american is deeply bigoted or rases o sexes, that is not likely to result in a fair trial. So i guess i would like to get your view on whether you think those pessimistic views are warranted,. Or whether we should continue to have faith that the judicial system will be able to do a decent job.
