We all go through periods of time where we can't see or hear or feel anything beyond the darkness we find ourselves in. And i think when we look back, will be nothing but grateful for those times of darkness. They in a sense, prepared us for the road ahead by giving us what we need most, perspective. You don't learn about life's abundance until you come face to face with scarcity.
