Getting Your Brain Focused on Most Probably Scenarios

It actually gets your brain out of that emotional lymbic system response, which enables you to then get to the centred, most likely scenario. You don't want to be problem solving worse case scenarios, because you can't when they're highly unrealistic and they're ry hard to actually do something about. So once you do the most likely scenarios, you can go back and you can do those percentage likelihoods. Then you can set up a game plan, but you want to be planning for most likely scenarios,. not for those catastrophic thoughts that come from being in a state of anxiety.
