The Power of Data and Goal Setting
Kc and TJ both collect an enormous amount of data. They know exactly where their students are all the time, but it's not just cold data. Seeing kids grow "reignites a fighter in me every time I see growth," Kc says. If they're not growing, that can be signs of my teaching one could be not what this kid needs.
