The Importance of Mobility

A lot of the movements that we engage in or don't engage with start to shape our ability to access our native ranges of motion. We're starting to see that, hey, we have a society that is not able to extend their hip. Are you out of pain? Are you able to do the things you want to do physically? That second piece is really important because for anyone who's physical in any way, worst case scenario is to be told by a doctor or physician or physical therapists stop doing the thing you love because you're in pain.
