How to Face Eviction

Core Spaces out of Chicago and I believe Austin, Texas have purchased our four building apartment complex. Approximately 243 units, I believe, over a thousand people. And they just immediately started renovating the property to close in on everyone. So we're evicting everyone and then you don't let anyone ever come back because you're your quote unquote renovation. It's a way to do a price hike, which seems to me what's happening here.
