I Love Oats, but I Don't Know if It's a Good Health Food.
I love oats. I do like an overnight oats with a lot of chia seeds and nuts and berries and things like that. So yeah, there are a couple of good examples. There's many others. A lot of people have switched to diet drinks or some sweeteners in foods or biscuits and things like this and cookies. And all the evidence is now showing that they have negative effects. They should come with health warning. It may not be quite as bad as sugar, but in my view, nearly as bad and worse because people think they're healthy.
