I'm curious just because you mentioned them and we've had them on the show before. What are your thoughts about Lowell and state house and their kind of survive survivability? And also maybe other players in the states that you may like in that state that you might like. Yeah, I mean, I think both pursues somewhat of a roll up strategy and attempt to survive in those markets. It has just proven tough to have success there. Neither are remotely close to break even or profitable. So I think it's an indication that even winning brands in those states can have a tough time to survive.
