The Origin of the Earth's Water
There is like one point, three, five, nine, seven, eight, two, eight times ten to the 21 leters of water on this planet. It arrived here as ice on asteroids. The idea is that that came on icy asteroids. Most asteroids are actually basically ice balls with maybe a bit of rock in the middle. There's more water locked in the rocks of the earth than there is in the oceans a yet.
