Goodreads advertising doesn't work very well on good reads because the images for the book covers are too small. The people who do win, the people who do get a copy of your book gets emals reminding them to leave reviews. Goodreads is starting to re design the website so that the book cover is larger and overnight goodreads adds will start working really well.
