I used to work with a senior exec who within his corporate environment used to differentiate between the high pot and the hot skill. And so if you take that out of a corporate model and put it into sort of the broader world, I've always differentiated in my domain, which is coaching. Coaching is not a what it's a how. So Angie does sound like she's more of a more of a how than a what kind of person.
