The Conseqences of a Lightning Bank
A lightning bank will do a naturally, you have these entities in capital markets that have technical acumen. A most lighting channel management is going to be subsumed by those who specialize in it. You could see these entities become one, in a sense. And so not only could these lightning banks effectively rout, effectively route lightning that work liquidity, they could also sort of provide these intracurrency facilities.
