Biden and the Democrats Will Be in a Meeting for Two, Three Hours

Biden will be in a meeting for two, three hours. If it doesn't go well and if Biden is weird, we're going to know that he was weird in that meeting. And that is not going to be good at this moment when he is on some kind of a downward slope. The Republicans can come out of that meeting tomorrow. They have no incentive to bolster Biden's standing with the American people as a serious and good negotiator.
