The Market's Response to Positioning Sentiments
The market is climbing a wall of worry right where we started gotten through crisis after crisis. Is it time to just sort of get on board even here at these heights? We're reversing a lot of the long term friends where you know small caps have been consistently lagging and I think it makes sense because much of the small cap index is not necessarily high quality in the recession. The market always sets up to hurt the most amount of people at any given point.
