Vijay: The way that we organize our squads is, you know, we work very closely with the PM, the engineers, there's also the TPM. And so we have two weeks sprints, we all meet on that two week cadence to make sure we're all aligned and understand what's next. So yeah, definitely reminded me of that. No one likes a micromanager but in order to not micromanage, there has to be an understanding on the vision," Vijay says. "You trust that the team is going to execute towards those three components"
