House cleaners and nannis in our network, we're starting to be asked to care for elders. So this kind of, this this expansion came from them. They didn't want to be unqualified to do that exactly. And it was such a pattern that we decided to kind of take a step back and understand what was going on. That's when we realized the age wave was catalyzing a huge shift in american familiand really exploding need for care.
