How to Be a Successful Home Brewer

I got into the industry professionally in 2013. Started kind of a, you know, I was a home brewer gone pro. My starting spot was Black Diamond brewing and Conker, California. We're on a one barrel system. This is about six years ago. And we are doing 10 barrels a week. Monday, Thursdays were three barrels. Tuesday, Friday were two barrels. Wednesday was down day for ordering maintenance bullshit. Yeah. So I started while I drink some more West Coast IPA and listen to you talk for a second.
