Off-Chain Lightning Is Fantastic, but It Does Have Limitations, Right?
I don't think either the lightning will just take over the world very quickly. I think it's going to be very slow because there is this kind of online-ness element, a slight game theoretic element in the current penalty implementation. Its privacy is great and it's been really built very well with privacy in mind, but it's not perfect. And, you know, because it's a slightly different security model, so you're not going to use it for huge payments probably. So lightning's fantastic, but we have other things we can use.
