Scott Johnson: I started in 1995 and if you look at a monthly chart of the NASDAQ, it's like, oh my gosh, it started right. In 2000, just dumb luck or whatever, but I was able to recognize that, you know, not at the top, but I just knew that it was a bubble. He says he made the most money he'd ever made in his life in 2000 - which has been a blessing and a curse because when you get the short side right, it's fast, it's furious. The strategy is probably best described as "a very difficult animal," Johnson says.
