How to Start a Sourdough Project
Alison: There is a lot to know about sourdough, so take it slowly. Andrew: It's not an easy thing to just learn overnight. Cody: You've got to try and fail and try and failing and be gentle with yourself as you're going along. Alison: Watch, read, notice, make notes, make the bread, and make notes.
